The PSS™ shaft seal is a replacement system for stuffing boxes. The PSS™ has no packing to adjust or replace and does not leak water into the bilge. Additionally, due to the simple design, the PSS™ requires no maintenance and will provide years of trouble-free service. The PSS™ comes in two models, standard speed (under 15 mph) and high speed (over 15 mph) and is available for shafts from 3/4” to 3”. Please note high speed seals require a water line to the seal. An installation kit for high speed seal water lines available seperately. For 1 1/4” or larger shafts, specify the outside diameter of the shaft log. Please call for sizes not listed below.
