credit card orders, please supply your account number and expiration
date. For prepaid orders, include your check or money order,
payable to Elbert’s. We gladly ship C.O.D. and accept personal
checks for amounts under $500. Amounts over $500 are C.O.D.
certified check or money order. |

| We
are happy to serve our international customers. All international
orders must be prepaid in U.S. currency. For the quickest and
most convenient service use your Mastercard, Visa, American
Express, or Discover Card. Your order will be sent United Parcel
Service or by a carrier of your choice. |

offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $1000
and a 10% discount on all orders over $1500. |

placed before 1pm Pacific Standard Time (4 pm Eastern) will
be shipped the same day, subject to availability. All orders
will be shipped UPS unless otherwise requested.

| Returns
and Exchanges |
| Items
may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase, subject
to a 15% handling charge, provided they are in an undamaged
condition. Returns must have prior authorization from Elbert’s
and include a written statement of problem. Special order items
are not returnable. No returns will be accepted freight collect
or C.O.D. Please insure all merchandise for its full value to
guarantee a complete exchange, refund, or credit. |
